Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be registered on Concyra already?

No. If you are not registered yet, we help you with registration too, which is always free.

What happens after payment?

We contact you on WhatsApp or by email using the details you left at checkout, to collect the material.

Can I edit the showcase after delivery?

Yes, the showcase is yours: after delivery you can edit it anytime from the Partner app.

Can I pay without using the website?

Yes. On WhatsApp we send you the secure payment link to open on your phone; if you prefer, we can also arrange cash or bank transfer.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes. At checkout you can enter your VAT number: we send you the fiscal document for the amount paid.
