Yes. After reviewing your application, to activate your profile and work with Concyra we may ask for an identity document and, when the service requires it, other documents (for example certifications or insurance). You upload them through a personal link: a phone photo or a PDF is enough. Without the required documents, the profile is not activated. They are used to verify your profile and are processed under the privacy notice.
