Joining is free and there is no subscription. You pay a commission only on jobs that start through Concyra, meaning when the customer accepts your offer and pays the deposit. You know the percentage before you are activated, because we write to you with the one for your profile.

The commission is due when the job starts: the customer accepts your offer through Concyra and pays the deposit. It is calculated on the deposit you receive and, later, on each further payment from the customer, in proportion to the agreed amount. Example: a 300 euro deposit and a 700 euro balance. At the start the commission is calculated on the 300 euros, and on the 700 euros when you receive the balance.

Within 7 days of each payment you receive from the customer. We issue the invoice for the commission.

We write it to you, for your profile, before you are activated. You accept it in writing with the commission agreement, so you never start without knowing it.

No. Commissions that have fallen due are not refundable, even if the job is cancelled after it has started, unless agreed in writing.

Only a few professionals join for each category and city. The area's requests go only to the Club professionals of that category and city.

Requests that reach Concyra for your category and city go to the Club professionals in that area. In return, a job that came from a Concyra request must stay within Concyra. Your other clients, the ones you already have or find on your own, are outside this agreement.

We mean jobs that came from a request you received through Concyra. If one of them is started or paid without going through the platform, your area exclusivity lapses immediately. Concyra is entitled to the commission on the total amount of the job and to a penalty equal to twice that commission, as compensation for the damage. You can read this in the Agreement before you apply.

You agree it with the customer. Concyra is an intermediary platform: it is not a party to the contract between you and the customer, it does not guarantee payment and it is not responsible for carrying out the work.

We cannot say. We do not guarantee a minimum number of requests, a turnover or any amount of earnings.

Requests reach you on WhatsApp or by email, as you prefer. There is no app to install. Concyra assesses the request with you, and it is decided who handles it with the customer.

We write to you on WhatsApp or by email, usually within 48 working hours. If the places in your area are taken, you join the priority waiting list and we tell you if a place opens up.

Concyra always decides, after your application. We contact you to understand better what you offer and what you can do, and we check your skills.

The terms of service and the Exclusivity Agreement. If you are selected, you then sign the commission agreement, with the percentage for your profile, confirmed with a link and a code sent to you by email.

Your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email, category and city. After selection we ask for your business profile: legal details, services, areas and a few photos. You can fill it in yourself from a personal link, or we complete it together.

Yes. We assess them after your application, when we contact you. In the form, choose the one that represents you best.

Not to apply. After we review your application we will ask you for your VAT number or the tax number of your country, for the commission invoice.

Type it in the form with "Not listed". We check it and add it to the list.

We write to tell you. If a place opens up in your area, we contact you again.

Yes, whenever you want, with 30 days' written notice by email. Commissions on jobs already started remain due, as do those on jobs started through Concyra within 90 days after the date the withdrawal takes effect.

You can read it in Italian, English and French. The Italian text is the one that applies: translations are only there to help you read it.

We use it to assess your application and contact you. If you join the Club, we also use it for your profile, to pass requests on to you and for the commission invoice, as described in Concyra's privacy notice.
